The
road to a new or improved design starts with understanding
the current state of the tasks and its users. For a
new product, we often conduct competitive task analyses.
For existing products, we start out by analyzing how
work is currently performed. We conduct user analysis
with actual and target users, to help identify and define
user characteristics and the different user groups for
your products. Often times your company already has
the information, in such cases we simply organize
and prioritize your customer information in a way
that makes it meaningful for the design process.
